Housing Options for Madison Media Institute students

Prima Management offers Madison Media Institute students multiple housing options while attending. We are working with MMI to provide you with quality, flexible, comfortable and affordable housing options. MMI does not own or operate any of the properties that we manage.

Prima Management has designed special leases to assist you in your housing search. We have designed special student leases and offer assistance with room mate placements. You may apply to one or more of the neighborhoods, depending on your eligibility for each area.

It is the goal of Madison Media Institute staff to support students in their academic careers. It is the goal of Prima Management to provide quality housing to Madison Media students with the flexibility needed to further their educational career.

We also want to give students and their families the piece of mind they deserve when sending their child off to college. Madison is a very student oriented community. The University of Wisconsin, near downtown Madison, is the largest university in the state, with nearly 50,000 students. Housing opportunities are plentiful, as are student oriented activities and entertainment.

Based primarily on safety and general quality of life, the Madison metropolitan area has been rated as one of the best places to live in America. With roughly 350,000 permanent residents, it is large enough to offer all the big city amenities while retaining the small town warmth. Madison's population is ethnically diverse, and generally well educated.

The two properties that seem to work well geographically are our Bluff Manor and our Dale Street apartment homes.
